Terms & Conditions
Last updated 26 July 2026
WorkflowMD is operated by Lee Stephens (“WorkflowMD”, “we”, “us”). These terms form the agreement between you and Lee Stephens for use of the WorkflowMD website and application.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to use WorkflowMD you agree to these terms. If you use WorkflowMD on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation; if you use it as an individual you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.
2. The service
WorkflowMD lets you describe a business workflow, receive a diagnostic report (including the Signature Score™ and Technology Blueprint™), and track resulting improvements. Reports, scores, savings estimates and technology recommendations are indicative guidance generated from the information you provide. They are not professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and you remain responsible for validating any recommendation before acting on it.
3. Your account
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse WorkflowMD. In particular, you must not:
- use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
- infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
- interfere with security — including uploading malware, probing or scanning the service, or scraping it;
- reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits;
- submit content you do not have the rights to submit.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the workflow descriptions and other content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and analyse that content solely to provide the service to you. We may remove content or restrict accounts where content breaches these terms, and rights-holders may contact us to request a takedown.
6. Intellectual property
Lee Stephens retains ownership of WorkflowMD, including its software, scoring engine, documentation, designs and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.
7. Plans, payment and subscriptions
WorkflowMD offers a Free plan (limited to 3 workflow analyses) and a Pro plan billed monthly or yearly. Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by our reseller under the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from your account settings and keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.
8. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
9. Service availability
We work to keep WorkflowMD available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Maintenance, third-party outages and factors outside our reasonable control may affect availability.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination you can request an export of your reports for a reasonable period before deletion.
11. Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Lee Stephens against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.
13. Changes, assignment and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger or acquisition. These terms are governed by the laws of the seller’s jurisdiction, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
14. Contact
Questions about these terms: contact Lee Stephens through the contact page. Billing and refund questions can also be raised with Paddle at paddle.net.
