Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including simple change of mind.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us and we will help arrange it.

You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time from Settings in your workspace. Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. If a renewal charge catches you by surprise, contact us within 30 days and we will refund it.

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under consumer law in your country, and to Paddle’s own refund policy.
